Senior Structural Designer Needed In Houston, TX:
Position seeks Senior PDMS Structural Designer responsible for design / production detailing of marine hull structures, large equipment foundations, equipment skids, structural platforms and decks; proficient in use of PDMS Plant 12.0 SP5 (2D & 3D), AUTOCAD (2D & 3D), RHINO 3D, CADWORX 3D, SOLIDWORKS 3D; must possess shipyard construction experience in the fabrication / installation of primary / secondary structure, marine piping systems and pre-outfitting; must possess knowledge of shipyard practices including welding procedures / standards, N.D.T., quality assurance and quality control; possess a working knowledge of ABS and DNV Classificatoin Society rules as well as SOLAS & MARPOL rules and regulations; travel required approx. 25%.
